Member Service
The PacFed Member Services Department assists with enrollment, coverage and HMO-Claims. They verify the accuracy of enrollment information and follow-up, as needed, on marriage certificates and/or birth certificates. Enrollment information is computerized and electronically delivered to health plans under HIPAA/EDI specifications.
HMO Claims Assistance
The Member Service Department assists members in the submission of claims to the health plan. The PacFed Claims Administrator follows-up with health plans on outstanding claims.
