- Mike Cox — President

Mike Cox is a co-founder and President of PacFed Benefit Administrators. With more than 35 years in the group insurance industry, Mr. Cox has considerable background in ERISA trust management and insurance regulatory issues. He also has extensive experience in the insurance sales process, new product design, marketing and the development of operational systems.
Prior to founding PacFed Benefit Administrators, Mr. Cox managed several third party administrator firms where he was responsible for the direct management of insurance claims, underwriting, premium accounting, policyholder services and data processing.
- Ann Elkin — Vice President, Client Services & Regulatory Compliance

Ann Elkin is Vice President of Client Services and Regulatory Compliance at PacFed Benefit Administrators. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the administration of several trust funds and ensuring their compliance with federal and state laws. Additionally, she serves as the company's privacy officer. Ms. Elkin has more than 25 years of experience in the administration of trust funds. Prior to joining PacFed Benefit Administrators, Ms. Elkin was the in-house Administrator for the Professional Musicians, Local 47 and Employer Health & Welfare Fund; she continues to administer this trust fund.
Ms. Elkin has extensive training and education in trust administration, and is a graduate of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plan’s Administrator’s Masters Program.
- Lori Brogin, Esq. — Vice President, Client Services & Public Affairs

Lori Brogin is Vice President of Client Services and Public Affairs at PacFed Benefit Administrators. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the administration of several trust funds and ensuring their compliance with federal and state laws. Additionally, Ms. Brogin oversees the company's government affairs and community relations efforts. Prior to joining PacFed Benefit Administrators, Ms. Brogin practiced law and represented clients in various administrative law, insurance, and land use matters. In addition, Ms. Brogin has worked extensively in the area of regional economic development.
Ms. Brogin is admitted to practice law in the state of California. In addition to her work at PacFed Benefit Administrators, Ms. Brogin is active with various community-based, non-profit organizations.
- George Delyannis — Chief Financial Officer

George Delyannis is the Chief Financial Officer of PacFed Benefit Administrators and has been with the company for more than 13 years. Mr. Delyannis is responsible for the accounting and internal auditing of the company and trust fund clients. Prior to joining PacFed, Mr. Delyannis held Controller positions with a private educational institution and in the advertising industry. In addition, Mr. Delyannis served as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis with a major electronic company.
Mr. Delyannis earned his MBA from Boston University, with concentration in the areas of Finance and Accounting.
- Lleana Guerrero — Manager of Member Service and Claims

Lleana Guerrero is Manager of Member Service and Claims at PacFed Benefit Administrations. In this position, she is responsible for resolving member claims with carriers as well as the administration of COBRA coverage. Ms. Guerrero has worked at PacFed Benefit Administrators since 1999 and previously held various positions in the company's Member Services Department.
- Veronica Romero — Manager, Client Services

Veronica Romero is Manager of Client Services at PacFed Benefit Administrators. In this capacity, she is responsible for the administration of several trust funds. Ms. Romero began her career at PacFed Benefit Administrators in 2003 and previously served as the company's Manager of Member Services.
Ms. Romero has more than 10 years experience in the health care industry, and is licensed by the state of California as a Life Agent.
- Bernie Fleischer — Compliance Officer

Bernie Fleischer is the Compliance Officer at PacFed Benefit Administrators, where he is responsible for ensuring trust fund compliance with both federal and state laws. Mr. Fleischer's commitment to the health benefits field dates back to 1971, when Mr. Fleischer was a founding member of the Board of Professional Musicians, Local 47 and Employers' Health & Welfare Fund. Later, as President of Musicians Union Local 47, Mr. Fleischer served as Chairman of the Fund.
Mr. Fleischer has completed many courses in the area of health benefits offered by both the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has earned certificates in both Pension and Health Care Benefits Administration.

- Jim Garrison — President, Pacific Federal Insurance Corporation

Jim Garrison is President of Pacific Federal Insurance Corporation (PFIC), parent company of PacFed Benefit Administrators.
PFIC began in 1990 with the purchase of group health clients from Marsh & McLennan, where Mr. Garrison was Vice-President and Manager of Group Insurance Services.
Mr. Garrison is active in the Los Angeles business community. He is a Board Member of Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, Transportation Opportunity Program (TOP), Valley Industry and Commerce Association (VICA) and VICA PAC. Jim is Chair of the VICA Healthcare Committee and Vice Chair or LA Chamber's Health Care Council.
Field Service
- Bud Rymer — Senior Account Executive

Bud Rymer is a Senior Account Executive, where he has worked for more than 16 years. At PacFed Benefit Administrators, Mr. Rymer is responsible for new client development, client retention, account management, and member field service. Prior to joining PacFed, Mr. Rymer held several top positions with one of the country’s largest labor unions, where he negotiated labor agreements, provided member service, processed grievances and arbitrations, and supervised staff.
Mr. Rymer has completed various marketing and human resources courses, and is licensed by the state of California to conduct life and health insurance transactions.
- Lydia Salcido — Senior Account Executive

Lydia Salcido is an Account Executive at PacFed Benefit Administrators, where she has worked for more than 3 years. At PacFed, Ms. Salcido is responsible for retaining existing clients, securing new clients, and working with business agents and members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of provided health plan benefits. Prior to joining PacFed, Ms. Salcido had more than 10 years of experience in account management and sales.
Ms. Salcido has earned a degree in Business Administration and Finance, and is licensed by the state of California as a Life Agent.

Hector Rendon joined PacFed Benefit Administrators after more than 40 years with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT). Mr. Rendon worked his way up from file clerk to holding several key positions, including union dispatcher, organizer and business representative, in one of the country's largest labor unions. At PacFed, he is responsible for advising the company on Labor Trust matters and working as a liaison with labor leaders.
Mr. Rendon has completed various labor relations courses through Loyola Law School. He attended many workshops and seminars at the George Meany Center for Labor Studies.

Bunny Turnbull is the Supervisor of Premium Accounting at PacFed Benefit Administrators, where she oversees the collection of premiums and billing issues for several Trust Funds. She has more than 35 years of experience in the area of third party administration and has worked at PacFed Benefit Administrators since 1993. Ms. Turnbull has taken several professional level management training courses.

Aaron Ballestero is the Supervisor of Accounts Receivable at PacFed Benefit Administrators. In this capacity, he is responsible for accounts receivable and serves as the primary point of contact with respect to health and pension benefits for various Trust Funds. Mr. Ballestero, who has been with PacFed Benefit Administrators since 2006, holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
