PacFed Benefit Administrators (PFBA)
PacFed has participated in the creation of numerous ERISA multi-employer and Taft-Hartley Trust Funds. Each fund is governed by a Board of Trustees.
As a third party administrator, PacFed staff assists in designing and developing the most competitive programs available. PacFed computer facilities handle all of the automated administration: policy issuance, membership/insured eligibility verification, premium billing and collection, lapse control, policyholder services and, whenever necessary, claims processing and monitoring.
